Rates Include: Daily Continental Breakfast; Villa Manager + Maid + Thai Chef, 1 complimentary return airport transfer (based on the same flight)
Food & Beverage cost: Grocery bill + 20% Surcharge
Security Deposit required upon check-in 1,000 USD in cash
Minimum stay Policy: 2 nights, except for the following seasons
* Peak Season: 7 nights (10 nights if you overlap Christmas and New Year)
* Chinese New Year, Easter, Jewish New Year: 5 nights
Check-in & Check-out time: Check-in : 3 pm & Check-out: 10 am
* Early check-in and Late check-out are possible for an additional fee and upon availability:
* Check-out after 1 pm: 1/2 of the full night season rate
* Check-out after 6 pm: 1 night full price season rate
* Please, inform us in advance, to be sure that a “”Late check-out”” is possible.
Extra beds:
* 1 extra bed can be accommodated @ 75 $/night + 10% Service charges + 7% VAT
